Can you help with Christmas Eve?
September 15, 2016

Although Christmas is just over 3 months away, the planning for the annual ‘Christmas Eve’ carol singing event in Kentisbeare Village square is well under way.

You might remember that last year we had a record amount of people attending (between 400 and 500). This year we are looking for volunteers to help with the ‘set up’ in the the daytime and/or afterwards for the ‘take down’ at about 7.30 pm when the event will have finished. Set up takes an hour plus and take down about 30 mins. If you are able to help and/or want to assist at the event, please contact Rupert Ballantyne on 266747 or rupert@bishopsrise.eclipse.co.uk.

Regardless of whether you are able to help, do come along. The event will commence at 6 pm on Xmas Eve in the Village Square with Soup & Hot Dogs available. It will end at 7 pm after which ‘Empty Pockets’ will play for a further 25 mins.
