An application for an Operator’s Licence has been submitted by Woofenden Construction, Glimsters Farm, Fore St, Kentisbeare EX15 2AD, as publicised in the Culm Valley Gazette last week (01/08/17).

The application is for two goods vehicles to operate out of Glimsters Farm.

Owners or occupiers of land near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of the land will be affected should make representations to the Traffic Commissioner. This Office of Traffic Commissioner Document (pdf) contains details about making representations in Section 3.

Anyone wishing to submit a response needs to read the guidelines before writing in.
