Devon County Council Highways – Report a Problem

The easiest way to report a problem to DCC Highways or to track an existing problem is online via the DCC website.

Problems with any of the following can be reported in this way – potholes, flooding and blocked drains, streetlights & lit signs, debris or obstructions, overgrown vegetation, public rights of way, hazardous or fallen trees, parking, defective road markings or signs, trip hazards, traffic lights, broken manhole covers, grit bins, bridges and retaining walls, ice, fences and barriers.

If you are reporting an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 0345 155 1004. An emergency on the highway is defined as something that is very likely to present an imminent threat to life or serious injury or serious damage to property.
